I don't know why I'm doing this.. I know I started my first blog to advertise my designs, and I will with this one too.. but I just don't seem to have time, for anything these days...

It is pretty much cathartic to rattle out all the thoughts and feelings of the day.. But I guess I've been thinking lately that the time Ispend blogging, I could be digitizing.. Lord know I wouldn't spend my time cleaning or anything like that... HA!The paying job, working for a living, that is my main time and energy consumer for the present time. And it's ok, I'm learning heaps from this job. After nursing for 30 years.. (God, that makes me sound ANCIENT!! ) now in a managemnt role for the first time.. Has made me take a long hard look at myself and how I repond, react, relate to others..
I just finished a two day workshop on Leadership in Management. Great use of two days time.. I learned a lot about what it means to be a leader as opposed to a manager and most importantly, learned I'm not as silly as I thought!! HA! Albeit, there's heaps of improvements to make, but it's not going to be as hard as I thought..
That makes me feel good...
